HyperBac for Oracle Released

May 1, 2006 – HyperBac Technologies today officially announces the release of HyperBac for Oracle on Windows, compression and encryption software for Oracle 9i and 10g

HyperBac Technologies has officially released HyperBac for Oracle, a revolutionary new database backup product for Oracle which incorporates high performance integrated compression technology to compress data as it is backed up via Oracle Recovery Manager (RMAN), Export (EXP), Export Data Pump (EXPDP) or other methods. This results in substantial disk and tape storage cost savings as well as a reduction in backup and restore times and a significant increase in transaction throughput during the backup process.
